Oat Beta Glucan is a water-soluble dietary fiber extracted from oats. Oat Beta Glucan lowers cholesterol levels by increasing the viscosity of the digestive contents. It binds to bile acids in the digestive tract, preventing their reabsorption in the ileum and increasing their excretion.
