Our Ugandan Vanilla range features four premium products, each crafted for distinct culinary uses:

Grade A Gourmet Beans are plump, moist, and rich in vanillin, ideal for high-end baking, desserts, and making homemade extracts. Their bold aroma and oily texture make them the top choice for chefs and artisanal producers.

Grade B Extract Beans are drier and slightly split, perfect for commercial extract production. While less visually appealing, they offer a strong flavor at a more economical price point, making them great for large-scale use.

Vanilla Powder is made from finely ground cured beans and contains no additives. It's ideal for dry mixes, smoothies, baking, or recipes where liquid isn't suitable. It retains the full flavor of the bean in a convenient, mess-free form.

Vanilla Caviar is the tiny seeds scraped from inside the pod. Highly aromatic and intensely flavorful, caviar is prized for visual appeal in custards, ice creams, and gourmet sauces.
