Disc Fertilizer Granulator Machine

Disc fertilizer granulator is used to make powder into ball shape, the granulating rate is up to 80%, widely applied in organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant and mines, chemical industry.
Granulator's main gears adopt high temperature quenching technology, doubling the service life. This series disc granulator is a new type of tilting disc granulation equipment, it paly a important roler in granulating of organic fertilizer production line and NPK fertilizer production line.

The disc granulator has the characteristics of high granulation rate, stable operation, durable equipment and long service life. It is an organic fertilizer production equipment and compound fertilizer granulationg machinery. The motor of this equipment is driven by flexible belt, which can start smoothly, reduce shock and improve the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulating tray is strengthened by several radiation steel plates, which are durable and never deformed. Disc fertilizer granulator has a thicker, heavier and stronger base design. It does not need anchor bolts to fix and runs smoothly.
