Caractéristiques

La machine adopte la lame rotative à grande vitesse de la roue éolienne et du couteau fixe. Il présente les avantages suivants: faible bruit, vibrations légères et absence de poussière au cours de la production.

Principe de fonctionnement

La machine a un mouvement relatif entre le plateau à engrenages en mouvement et le plateau fixe pour pulvériser le matériau. Les matériaux sont pulvérisés par engrenage à impact mutuel et à friction. Le matériau broyé entre automatiquement dans le sac collecteur sous l'action de la force excentrique et il est déchargé de la boîte d'absorption de la poussière par le biais de sacs filtrants.
