Duct Manufacture Auto Line PRO consisits of Motorized Decoiler , Straightening,Beading , Cross-tie Hole Punching , Punching Square , Notching , Flange Hole Punching , Shearing , Patented Automotion Pittsburgh Lock Forming (Shearing , Pittsburgh Lock , Right Angle Lock in one time) , Duplex TDF Flange Forming , Duplex Right Angle Lock Forming (For Angle Iron) , C/S Cleat Flange Forming , Coil Conveyor and TDF Folding. PLC controlled , touch screen operation. It can process different ducting of "L" , and "口" shape. 7-ton capacity of motorized decoiler , 4-ton , 8-ton or 10-ton is optional.

The world's new designed duct manufacture auto line is now available since Comifo designed the Auto Line , which can be put in a 20GP container. It is small enough to fit small workshop or be taken to the construction site. Only 1 operator is required , daily production can reach 2000㎡.

With coil conveyer the length of coil conveyer is 4000mm , which limits single sheet metal plate of the duct may not longer than 4000mm. Without coil conveyer no limitation for the duct size.
