The working principle of the small sheet bending brake is to press the metal plate between the two plates through the pressure of the press plate on the worktable, according to the mold, it can be folded into the desired shape. While it works in a very simple way, it requires careful consideration. Different types of bending machines have different requirements for sheet materials and bending shapes. Before purchasing a bending machine, it is important to consider what kind of parts are produced and what the material is. If the die is not matched with the plate, or due to the loss of the die, the deflection of the bending degree will be large, which is very large for the loss of the machine and energy. The Use Method of Small CNC Press Brake Machine:

(1) the bending plate of small metal bending machine should be in the middle of the machine tool, which is not suitable for partial load, so as not to affect the bending effect and the precision of the machine tool, so as to avoid the unilateral load of the small sheet metal press brake, in order to make the mould durable, the work pressure of small steel bending machine should be reduced properly when bending the plate.
(2) the fuel tank of the small metal bending machine must be filtered and replaced after the first use of one month, and shall not be replaced once a year. And regularly clean the mesh filter of the suction port to keep the oil pumping unimpeded, otherwise the oil pump will absorb air, making the small bending machine produce vibration and noise.
