EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND PARAMETER USAGE
1、Check if electricity and air supply have been connected.
2、Press “screen on button” turn on green button, and then enter equipment information screen. Here show the menu bellow:
3、UNDER THE CONDITION OF MACHINE ON, TOUCH THE SCREEN SLIGHTLY TO ENTER MONITOR INTERFACE
Menu: pull down menu button
length set: set cutting length you need
Compensation length: cutting length error compensation, can be positive and negative compensation
Current length: the length of the hose feeding now
Set number: set the required number of cut
Actual number: the number of hose that cut.
Clear: clear display value
Cumulative number: the total number of hose cut
Clear: clear display value
Cut: under manual condition, single cut
press down / lift: feeding wheel and measure wheel press down / lift
Alarm reset: alarm reset button
Automatic cycle / single cycle: automatic cycle / single cycle switch button
Emergency stop: under emergency condition, stop button
Manual / automatic: manual mode / automatic mode switch button
4、click on the menu above into the drop-down menu screen (as shown below), you can click the interface button to enter the corresponding interface:
5、click on the above parameter button to enter the parameter settings screen, as shown below:
Length set (the same as the control interface button): length set of the hose needs to be cut
Compensation length (the same as the control interface buttons): cut length error compensation, can be positive and negative compensation
Speed set: servo motor speed setting, generally set to 600-1500 mm/s
Compensation speed: compensation when the speed of the servo motor settings as generally set to 500-1000 mm/s
Compensation time: machine length automatic compensation time setting, generally set to more than 2 seconds
Feeding delay: the period between feed slide drops down to the feed sensor detected the signal, the feeding motor from fast to slow conversion interval is generally 0.5-1s
Brake delay: after feed sensor detected the signal, the electromagnetic brake action delay time setting, generally 0.5-1s
Brake time: electromagnetic brake brake time, generally 0.3-1s
Manual speed: under manual condition, manual feeding speed set, generally set to 50mm/s
Silk come out length: set of length for feed when machine detected silk come out, generally set up to more than 60mm.
Counting function: counting function on / off switch button
Silk come out detect function: silk come out detection function on / off button
6、Click on the fourth step drop-down menu screen manual interface button to enter the manual interface, as follows
Current length: feed / pull back length of hose cutting machine
Cutting: under manual condition, single cut
Under press: under the manual condition, the feed wheel and the measure wheel press down
Feeding slow forward: under the manual condition, press this button, feed wheel forward feeding, loosen the button, feed wheel stop feeding
Feeding slow backward: under the manual condition, press this button, feed wheel backward, loosen the button, feed wheel stop
Manual / automatic: manual state / automatic state switch button
7、Click on the fourth step drop-down menu screen in the fault diagnosis button to enter the fault diagnosis interface, display tube breakdown details, as follows:
Return button: exit the fault diagnosis screen button
OPERATION AND REMARK
1. The data line of the feeding rack is connected with the machine frame electric box, which is connected with the air source and is connected with the power supply (AC220V).
2. The machine outdoor source regulate pressure valve adjust pressure to around 0.6MPa (pressure shall be not more than 0.7MPa), machine chassis adjustable pressure valve pressure adjustment to around 0.2MPa.
3. Press the green button on the touch screen to enter the monitoring interface and set to the manual state.
4. Enter the parameter setting screen, set the corresponding parameters.
5. Place hose on the feeding table, hose pass through the feeding motor and induction slider, and then crossed the feeding wheel and measure wheel, cutting knife hole, press the monitoring interface button of press down, the press wheel press down, system settings as automatic state, single cycle. Press the cycle start button, cut one hose to measure length. According to the length error to set length compensation then repeat the above steps, after reach the requirements of cut length, system set as automatic cycle. Press the cycle start button, the machine automatically cut.
6.When the hose cut machine is running, the operator can not put their hands into the dangerous parts of the hose cut machine. When it needs to be adjusted and repaired, it needs to be valve and power supply off.
7. The knife needs to be sharp. Hose have been cut need to be perfect incision and no cut burr, when there is any burr after cut. The knife needs to be adjusted or grinded.
8. When the hose is cutting, the machine can not be tightened, if the feeding motor is not running in time and the warning is required, the feeding motor needs to be adjusted to slow down, or stop the machine to check and to release the hose.

Equipment operation
Connected to the power (must be grounded).
Power distribution box must be closed to avoid dust, liquid or other matter go into the interior.
O-ring and copper screws will be added to 01 and 11, (Note: not too much), adding quantity can be figured according to the actual situation. The standard is when running vibration table, the samples does not overflow and not blocking the channel. (Must ensure that the samples and the vibration table has no debris, otherwise it will occur the phenomenon of material block)
Make controller switch NO. 6, 9 and 10 under the condition of OFF, and then press the start button 08 to see whether the light will on.
press 09 and 10 controller start button, to start running 01, 11 vibration table, after 02 and 05 channel fulfil with samples, then start the 06 controller, 04 start running.
Trouble shooting
1、Insufficient feeds from the channel.
Check whether the vibration table lack of material; whether the debris flow into the channel; check whether the channel deformed because of other reason.
2、When 06 controller on, 04 turntable does not rotate or get stuck.
Check whether the 06 controller box has electricity; check if there is any workpiece in the 04 turntable make it stop; turn off 06 manual and 12 triangle belt, see if the 04 turntable can swing around, and then restart 06.
3、The whole machine power off
Check if the turntable gets stuck. And check if because the overload protection turn off power. Then press the 08 button again.
4、O-ring cannot assembly smoothly.
Check whether there is any broken O-ring inside 03 assembly head, if there is, please take it off.
Note: do not put your fingers or debris into the working turntable.

EQUIPMENT OPERATION
1. Switch on the power supply (must be grounded)。
2. Connected to air supply, air supply equipment total air source must have filter processing the clean air source, by adjusting the pressure triple pieces set pressure more than or equal to 0.6 MPa. To ensure the oil mist lubricat in oil cup (machine action 4-10 working cycle, the oil mist suck out 1 drops of oil)
3. Press the green start button to see whether the green start button light on, and then see whether the touch screen light up.
4. Put into vibration table correspond steel cap, copper core, nut, open the vibration table controller switch, start the vibration table, see steel cap, copper core and nut feeding is smooth or not.
5.The system will switch to automatic mode, after steel cap, copper core and nut channel full of material, click the foot switch to see if the machine moving around a loop (Note: during test running, all the cylinders will exercise one time and return to the initial state, please remove all the debris on the machine and operator body away from the work area), if the machine is not action, please check if the machine touch screen is in auto mode, you can try again to test.
6. Right hand hold hose into the clamp channel (please first confirm hose and the steel cap is matched), hose one head in the rotating bezel, step on the switch, the machine will automatically assembly hose, a steel cap and a copper core together, please do first piece inspection to see if hose, steel cap and copper core are assembly perfectly. if there is anything not assembly in place, please let technical personnel to adjust the machine parameters and the position of the clamp, if still does not work, please contact the manufacturer. Note: before the technician adjust the machine, please switch to manual mode, and cut off the air source, in order to prevent the operator from been hurt.

When put the product into the bundling hoop in the head, and close to the forward position, will touch the work piece through the probe rod shaft start switch core, then under the control of the program go forward clamp- -crimping- - longtime of crimp- - loosen the stuffy return phase out products --- --- manual take out hose, a cycle of work complete.
Adjustment and use of key parts of equipment
The main adjustment part has three aspects, the first one is the forward and backward speed of the oil cylinder and the pressure setting of the system, the second is the setting of the position of the cylinder, the third is the adjustment and assembly of the shaft core.
cylinder speed and pressure adjustment
The adjustment of the position of the oil cylinder to reduce unnecessary movement length can shorten the cycle of movement, speed up the production frequency. Through the adjustment of the pre limit switch and close to the limit of the switch to control the movement of the stroke, pay attention to the limit position of the front limit switch to ensure that the clamping claws can be closed after the product.
Adjustment and assembly of mandrel push rod
The mandrel rod is an assembly unit.
Press the fastening screws to fix the mandrel push rod and the length is set as required.
By adjusting the two nut position, to change your sensitivity, do not adjust too close, and adjust to the best position.
The size and shape of the front end positioning part can be matched by the form of the product itself, which is connected with the M10 screw rod. it use the end face positioning, you can also use the end of the protruding end of a small shaft, so that the assembly of the product parts of the copper plug into it positioning.
