Introduction

VFD-R series double-stage high efficiency vacuum insulation oi regeneration purifier is adapt to regenerate and activate the deteriorated transformer oil.

It is capable of removing the moisture ,gas and mechanical impurities as well as eliminating organic acid ,sludge ,pitches and dissociated carbon in the deteriorated transformer oil which are difficult to be removed by conventional oil purifier . After the treatment , not only the technical specification but the color of the insulation oil would be dramatically improved . The regenerated insulation oil can meet the required standard and life span of new insulation oil.

VFD Main Additional Configuration

1. Foam Level Detector

When there is foam in the tank and foam reaches a certain level (resetable), a signal will be sent to the magnetic valve, the magnetic valve will automatically shut on. The foam will be removed quickly. After removing foam, the magnetic valve will shut off.

2. Digital Vacuum Gauge (Pirani gauge)
