Features

1. Vertical driving structure is adopted for high efficiency;

2. Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy; smooth driving, low noise and long service life;

3. Die is fixed inside machine; roller, driven by the motor, can reduce the driving consumption and fault rate;

4. Improving the porosity of the die can reduce the consumption cost of dies, rollers and other spare parts;

5. Roller assembly is equipped with bigger oil storage tank to ensure the smooth working of the rollers;

6. The gear box is connected to the recycling cooling equipment; the giant transparent window is used for observing the situation inside the gear box.
