TG2120 CNC deep hole skving,roller and burnishing machine adopts workpiece fixed,cutting tool rotating and feeding processing method. Postioning seat adjusted to the proper position and then lock to the machine. The oil supply unit clamping tightly the workpiece through hollow oil cylinder. Boring bar box adopts AC spindle motor,Two shifts gear box,can change speed stepless, The spindle bearing use high accuracy (FAG)bearing, precision turning. Feeding box adopts servo motor ,speed is stepless, equips high accuracy 80mm ball screw bar,which can realize spindle high accuracy infeeding. The machine bed use 650mm casting iron. Two rectangle guide way to ensure the whole machine rigidity,high precision,good abrasion resistant. By using good brand hydraulic components,stable and reliable peformance. The machine has auto chips converyor,coolant filtering by three grades of 30m, equips GSK CNC system.
