Process of Vinyl Tape Production

First, we formulate the vinyl electrical tape base material with DOP plasticizer, as well as some percentage of stabilizer. Normally, common production line with rolling machine, printing machine, back coater and cutting machine.

Second, the pvc material mainly through the mixing of moving roller, roller rotation and hot rolling to produce 0.07 mm to 0.15 mm thickness of thin film.

Third, in the meantime, we use the printer to paint different colors on the membrane. And coated with strong rubber adhesive.

Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls. Important to realize, the jumbo size is 1020mmx1000m.
