Hollow Guide Rail

Hollow guides are mainly suitable for counterweight side, including TK3, TK5, TK5 and TK5A.

1. The elevator guide rail seat in the pit must be flat, the horizontal height should not exceed 1/1000, the height is generally 60mm, and the surrounding area should be filled with concrete;

2. Check that the straightness of the guide rail is not greater than 1/6000, and the elevator guide rail that does not meet the requirements must be corrected or replaced. Check whether the guide rail is damaged, and clean it before installation;

3. Use the hoist to hoist the guide rails one by one, and install them from bottom to top. The top end elevator guide rail should be cut off and installed according to the actual length;

4. Adjust the elevator guide rail from bottom to top with the guide rail ruler, and correct it immediately if any deviation is found.
