How to Timing Engine

The timing of the engine is the correction of the optimal timing for intake and exhaust, fuel injection and ignition. Different types of engines have different timing methods, mainly as follows:

If it is connected by belt, align the timing marks of the timing gear of the camshaft and the timing gear of the crankshaft with the timing marks on the cylinder head and cylinder respectively;

If it is connected by a chain, align the three different colored chain flaps on the chain with the marks on the camshaft and crankshaft timing gear respectively, some are single camshaft, only need to align two points;

If the camshaft is placed in the middle, and there is no chain and belt, there must be an intermediate wheel, on which there are marked gear timing points, which are respectively aligned with the camshaft and crankshaft.
