Both flange material of expansion joint single sphere and twin sphere can be carbon steel & stainless steel ,both rubber material can be Neoprene.EPDM,NBR.
2. Pressure (Similarity):
Both pressure of expansion joint single sphere and twin sphere are Class150,PN10/16,JIS 10K/16K
3. Range of Applications (Similarity):
Standard: DIN PN/PN16, ANSI 150LBS, JIS 10K/16K.
Size: 1 1/4"-120" (DN32-DN3000)
Material of Rubber: Neoprene, EPDM, NBR.
4. Installation (Similarity and Difference):
The structure of single sphere expansion joint is basically the same as that of the twin sphere, all of them are connected by bolts. The installation length of single sphere rubber joint is shorter than that of twin sphere.
