2. Cutter holder use three-point support rolling guide rail, reducing the friction to the greatest extent, and realizing seamless rolling during cutter holder moving.
3. Backgauge is adjusted by HIWIN high-precision ball screw and linear guide driven by DELEM DAC360 CNC controller.
4. Frequency convertor prevents positioning device horizontal swinging, effectively improving positioning accuracy during the working process.
5. Can read oil level directly.
6. detecting the shearing angle by grating ruler.
7. Front safeguard rail adopts opening door cut off power,ensuring operational safe.
