1. What kind of bottle can our plastic bottle making machine make?
Our semi automatic plastic bottle making machine makes PET and PP bottles, from 10ml to 20L.
It is a "2-step" method plastic bottle making machine, also can be named stretch blow molding machine.
2. What is electricity supply requirement?
Blower and Air dryer: 220V, single phase, 50/60Hz
Oven, Air compressor and Chiller: 380V, 3 phase, 50Hz
If your voltage is different from above, please let us know before place an order.
3. How long is the delivery time?
If customers order machines without mold, we can delivery in 10days.
If customers order machines with mold, we can delivery in 30days.
If customers have special requirements such as voltage and machine color. It will take over 5 days.
4. How to install?
We will prepare general manual book and installation diagram for customers.
He can do the installation easily, even though customesrs do not have any experience.
Each machine and mold will be tested before deliver. Customers need to do electricity and pneumatic connection.
5. What guarantees can we provide?
Free spare parts will be attached to each machine. It is adequate for one year's production.We will send new parts within 72 hours if there is any part is damaged.
