Structural silicone sealant

FEATURES

HP2788 structural silicone sealant is a one component, high strength, high modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant that is specially used in the curtain wall system as structural assembly, it has excellent adhesion in the most of the structural assembly applications without requiring primer.

INSTRUCTIONS

1,In order to ensure bonding effect, before using where there need experimental observation.

2,Use solvents such as toluene or acetone to clean the interface of product and keep dry.

3,Stick the adhesive tape at the place where it needs to be protected, but not make the tape to touch the surface that is going to be constructed.

4,Before the curing, trimming immediately so as to achieve a beautiful appearance.

NOTE

1,Should not be used for the materials with oil, plasticizer or solvents.

2,Should not be used in unventilated place, because one-component silicone sealant need to absorb moisture in the air to cure.

3,Should not be used for frosty or moist surface.

4,Material surface is suitable at temperature range of 4℃～40℃.

STORAGE

9 months shelf life if stored below 27 ℃ in cool, dry place.
