High speed roll feeder:

High speed roll feeder is mainly used with high speed press machine to punch electronic parts;ect.

1.Unidirectional axis (made in Germany):
Embedded with the supper hard alloy and cooperates
roller bearing, wear resistant, safe, high precision and long
lifespan. Gears adopt precise polishing after the
HRC60°heat treatment and the transmission precision is high.
2.Roller:
Roller adopts the central hollow style, lightweight, small
turning inertia and can stop at any time, ensure the feeding
precision, adopts the HRC60° heat treatment,
repolished after plating the chrome, with high strengthen,
excellent wear resistance and long lifespan.
3.Dishing style brake (common brake):
Adopt the high grade clutch to enable the two sides touch
each other fully, with the long life span, excellent stability
and high precision.
4.Converse installation:
a.The structure is the same as the single way installation,
which can control the lower gear precisely and long time
using can't cause it reverses; with extremely high stability
and precision.
b.Inaccurate feeding distance and the brake failure caused
by the grease splashed during impact are impossible.
c.High heat is hard to produce.
d.Adopt the super hard alloy and roller; uneasy to be wore out.
e.Roller runs in circle and the stuck can not be caused easily.
f.Low friction, the rotation torque is reduced and the rotating
mechanism can not be damaged easily.
g.The converse installation speed reaches 30 meters/minute,
and normally it is 20 meters/minute, which increase 50%.
h.Special structure prolonged the lifespan
