 Hichine venturi ejector is a kind of high efficient jet device without moving parts, uses the fluid to transfer mass and energy. It's composed of a nozzle, a suction chamber and the diffuser tube. With a certain pressure the working fluid sprays out through the nozzle in high-speed, so that the pressure energy can change into rate energy and form a vacuum at the exit area of nozzle, so the medium will be sucked, two phases of medium in the diffuser mix and exchange energy, the speed energy is reduced into pressure energy, finally two phases of medium discharge above atmospheric pressure. Hichine venuri ejectors are efficient and of wide range of working pressure. It can form the negative pressure for sucking liquid or gas as long as there is a very small pressure difference between import and export. features: Simple structure, low working and maintaince cost, long service life, reliable technology, user-friendly and vacuum stability (the use of a long time and the repairment for many times can not reduce the vacuum). It can directly suck corrosive gas, flammable gas, explosive gas, liquid and powder granular media; Hichine venturi ejector not only can be used for vacuum crystallization, drying, evaporation, concentration, dehydration, filtering, vacuum conveying material, chemical absorption, reducing gas, oxygen supply, sewage biochemical treatment, suck water for large pumps, but also can be apllied to environmental protection and absorption of tail gas and dust, pollution of the environment and labor conditions change. Used in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, rubber, textile, light industry, brick, sugar, salt, paper, food, ceramics, metallurgy, petroleum, envrionmental proctection, mine processing plant. Note: Hichine ejector is also availabe in stainless steel, carbon steel, PTFE material, PVDF, PE, PPR, Hichine expertises in designing and manufacturing jet ejectors, liquid jet ejectors, etc.
