TYZB and TYZBA series stainless steel self-suction pumps are new rotor pumps developed on the basis of absorbing advanced technical information. The pump has the advantages of centrifugal pump and gear pump, it's the ideal pump of chemistry, food, medicine sanitation with simple structure, reasonable design, small cubage, light weight, easy to maintain. It has strong self-suction ability, can export many kinds of liquid as gassy bubble liquid, liquid contain solid impurity and high viscosity liquid.

(2) Work principle
The work principle of stainless steel corrosion resistant self-suction pump is that the rubber impeller with elasticity installed in the circular pump, there is a crescent piece fixed in the pump, when the lamina of impeller passes away the crescent piece, the cubage between the impellers increases, then there coming into being a part of vacuum, the liquid being absorbed into pump and turns along the impeller, flowing from the inducer to the exit, when the impeller connect with the crescent piece again, the impeller is flexible, the cubage between the impeller reduces, the liquid is discharged to the exit, so that transporting liquid is finished.

2 Fine self-suction ability, fast speed. It can absorb 7 meter deep liquid when machine opened, not like centrifugal pump that need filling water.

It can transport the liquid that contain solid, gas (as bubble liquid ) and the liquid with viscosity ( max viscosity is 50*10 square meter/sec), doesn't like the gear pump that can't transport the liquid contain solid, and also doesn't like the centrifugal pump that can't transport liquid contain gas, so the pump can transport the sensitive liquid and keep component of liquid.

4 Fine safety. Because the impeller is flexibility, turn off the valve of exit, liquid will automatically cycle in the pump, so the check valve, safe valve are all neglected, and it can be equipped with the flameproof electric machinery.

5 Easy to install and move. Set two , it can transport liquid, and has the feature of two-side moving, the direction of electric machinery changing means the entrance changed. It has light weight, small cubage, convenient moving.

6 Wash fast. Open up the cover board then take off impeller, wash cleanly, carefully take down entrance pipe, it is the pump that makes least trouble and has convenient maintenance.
