1. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT: Summer and winter second hand cloth for Men/Women/Children, Bedding and House classified in 2 categories: A, B, and B + C

2. QUALITIES:

- Quality A classified: Almost news articles without use, some of them of firs brands, and classify according gender, type, etc.

- Quality B: With some more use but without remarkable defaults, and could be classified or mixed (In bulk)

• Quality B + C: Mixing of those both grades. Grade C: Presence of some little retrievable defaults

3. PACKAGE:

- “Standard Balls”: Of 45 / 50 / 55 / /60 KG containing grade A and B cloth classified (Protected exteriorly with plastic cover and steel or nylon strap) – See pictures

• “Maxi Balls”: Of 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 KG containing grade B or grade B + C cloth mixed without classified (Protected exteriorly with textile lining and nylon cord) – See picture

4. LOADING: 20” – FCL container (12 MT) and 40” – FCL container (24 MT), and consolidated cargo by maritime or air way

5. QUANTITY AVAILABLE: 100 – 120 MT per month according supplying possibilities on local market and Clients demands

6. DELIVERY DELAY: Within following 20 - 30 days after confirmation of payment instrument agree with Buyer

7. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: EXWORK – Spain (Warehouse) / Europe & CFR – West Africa according Client demand

8. PRICES (EX-WORK):

- Grade A: 1,50 EUR/KG

- Grade A + B: 1,25 EUR/KG

- Grade B: 0,75 EUR/KG

- Grade B + C: 0,50 EUR/KG

Approximate export/freight rates until West/Central Africa port between 0,20 – 0,25 EUR/KG according final destination port

9. SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORT:

1. Bill of Loading (B/L)
2. Commercial Invoice
3. Certificate of Origin
4. Parking List
5. Certificate of Inspection by some recognized surveyor at loading port in case that Client demand it (Charges not included in price quoted and to agree with Client)

10. PAYMENT TERMS:

Bank transfer for the 50% at moment of order confirmation and balance against export documents presentation; or irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight against export documents presentation for the value of each partial shipment; or other payment method proposed to consider, analyses, and agree with Client.
