We have a fully-covered 6,000 square-meter (i.e. 64,586 square-foot) depot and / or warehouse located in the centre of a 3-hectare area (i.e. 7.5 Acres) surrounded by a virgin-tree green forest in Tunisia. Very appropriate for any industrial project / use. We’re looking for a foreign partner who is interested in investing such industrial project with relative equipments in Tunisia. However, subject industry marketing orientation could be for re-export (under existing Law-72 set by the Tunisian government) or for local market use, depending upon the nature of the industry.
