The thermal mass flowmeter measures the mass flow of gases directly without the need for compensation of temperature or pressure. It's uses a solid-state sensing elements and thus has no moving part making it endurable flowmeter for a long time. It comes in various configurations such as flanged type and insertion type and in many sizes.
