什么是热塑性聚氨酯TPU？
· TPU是热塑性聚氨酯的简称，分为聚酯型和聚醚型。
· TPU材料可通过多种聚合物加工工艺（如注塑、挤出）生产电线电缆材料，并具有耐高低温、阻燃、耐磨、耐油等特性。 · TPU与PVC相比有很多优点。
· 在低温下，TPU材料会保持柔软，而PVC会变硬。
·常温下PVC的塑料味较明显，而TPU则基本无味。
·TPU可回收利用，属环保材料。

TPU的特点
硬度范围宽：TPU的硬度可以通过改变原料配比来调节，在整个硬度范围内保持良好的弹性和耐磨性。< br /> 机械强度高：TPU制品具有突出的承载能力、抗冲击、减震性能。
耐寒性：TPU在极低的温度下仍能保持良好的弹性和柔韧性。
加工性能好：TPU可采用注塑、挤出、吹塑、压延等热塑性材料加工，适合大批量生产。
耐油、耐水、防霉：TPU对油类和各种溶剂具有良好的抵抗力。
可回收性好：TPU废料可回收再利用。
耐候性：TPU具有优异的耐高能射线性能。

应用领域：广泛应用于新能源汽车、充电电池、船用漂浮电缆、设备、电线插头、医疗电缆等领域的电线电缆制造。

TPU的应用范围很广，包括但不限于：
鞋材：运动鞋标志、气垫、登山鞋等。
服装：防水透气面料、医用服装等。
医疗：手术衣、帽子、鞋子、医院床垫等。
国防产品：飞机油箱、武器密封涂料等。
体育用品：足球面、充气床、滑雪手套等。
工业产品：电线电缆外护套材料、软管等。

1、提高表面耐腐蚀性能
产品配方采用多种高分子材料，使改性TPU电缆护套材料呈现哑光面、磨砂面等优质质感或柔软、舒适、干爽的橡胶或硅胶手感在电缆和 光缆挤出过程中。

2、提高加工性能
TPU在抗紫外线、抗真菌（GJB）、抗水解、抗化学腐蚀等方面性能得到改善，安全等级更高，满足阻燃TPU电缆和光纤的特殊要求 电缆护套：
·防霉：安格TPU供应商产品已通过中国军标0-1级防霉测试（GJB 150.01A）；
·耐水解：TPU防水材料支持电缆通过1000H抗水解测试；通过168小时恒温水浴测试。
·耐油性：支撑电缆通过70℃/24h耐油测试，强度、伸长率变化率≤30%；
·耐酸碱：支持TPU高分子电缆通过23℃/168H耐酸碱测试，强度变化率≤30%，伸长率≥100%。

3、提高耐环境性能
挤出级TPU：完全满足电线电缆、光缆TPU护套填充、半填充、空管挤出、高速超薄壁挤出等工艺要求。挤出成品率高，流涎、破皮、 颗粒、粗糙、划伤等劣化现象少。电线、电缆、光缆在高速挤出时的线径和圆度稳定性良好。
注塑级TPU：成型性好，脱模容易，大大提高注塑成品率。

4、提高阻燃性
全面支持TPU电缆护套材料产品通过VW-1或IEC60332阻燃测试。

5、提高抗静电能力
对于一些特殊的应用，TPU材料可以改性成具有永久抗静电性能（表面电阻106-109）和优异的遮光性能的抗静电材料。

6、提高耐高温性能
在相同的测试条件下，热塑性聚氨酯的耐磨性、耐划伤性均优于其他产品。

7、化学发泡改性
化学发泡改性至0.70-0.80的比例，满足船用漂浮电缆的使用要求和用量。
