To quantify this, the Ampoule Breaking Strength Tester provides a quantitative assessment of the breaking strength of ampoules, measuring the force required to break their necks.

Guided by standards such as ISO 9187, GB 2637, and YBB00332002, the testing process involves placing an ampoule sample on the fixtures. The pressing head, driven by the power system at a speed of 10 mm/m, detects the breaking strength using a high-precision load cell as it touches and breaks the ampoule neck.
