The sample suspension is placed in a tubular sample container. Under the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge, due to the huge centrifugal force, the suspended tiny particles settle at a certain speed, thereby being separated from the solution. PTFE column centrifuge tubes are made of high quality Teflon material, can be sterilized by autoclaving in the temperature of 250 °C for 20 minutes.
