La gomme xanthane est un exopolysaccharide microbien doté d'un large éventail de fonctions produites par l'ingénierie de la fermentation de Xanthomonas campestris avec des glucides comme matière première principale (comme l'amidon de maïs).

Courte introduction:
Notre gomme de xanthane transparente est une poudre de granulométrie normale, produite par fermentation de protéines de saccharose et de haricots avec Xanthomonas campestris. Il contient une solution clarifiée et peut être utilisé comme stabilisant, épaississant ou émulsifiant dans les aliments ou les cosmétiques.
