Ｍicrotek Products Manufacturing Process

For microtek batteries, first, PCB for SMT, SMT include: stencil screen printing (or dispensing), placement (curing), reflow soldering, cleaning, inspection, and repair.

Second, main inverter mounted on the housing, also install other electronic components, afterward test if it works, then install the cover.

Last, after passing the final test, use plastic packaging to pack the machine, wrap it with anti-drop foam, and pack it into a carton. Some products require a wooden frame or a wooden box.
