COMPOSITION OF KRD70 HYDRAULIC VIBRATION SHAKER
KRD70 hydraulic shaker system includes a hydraulic vibration table, control cabinet, and oil source system.
KRD70 hydraulic vibration table is mainly composed of a table supporting mechanism, electro-hydraulic servo valve, actuator, working table, guide mechanism, oil filter, cooling system, etc.
When the hydraulic vibration test table vibrates vertically, it is driven by the vertical hydrostatic servo cylinder. When the horizontal vibration test is required, the hydrostatic servo cylinder can be turned over 90° and connected to the horizontal slip table to provide the drive. The hydraulic system and control system is controlled remotely by a computer.
KRD70 hydraulic vibration shake control system is mainly composed of a computer, display, acceleration sensor, and digital random vibration controller.
EHC-2000 electro-hydraulic servo control system, integrated motor remote start, automatic oil pressure adjustment, servo control, and vibration control, can comprehensively and intuitively display real-time oil pressure, voltage, current, and other alarm information.
Computer-controlled measurement, with a variety of test control functions, can display test data and curves in real time, store test results, and store and print test results.
Can complete sine, random, sine + random, random + random vibration control, classical shock control, resonance search and dwell, seismic wave simulation, and other controls.
