How to cap end of drip irrigation
Most tubing can be buried in the ground, but doing so risks clogging or collapsing the line; look for UV-resistant tubing that won't break down when exposed, and cover only with mulch.
In addition to correcting hole punch errors, the irrigation line end cap allows you to use old tubing in good condition for the new layout. Just replace the unnecessary transmitter with an end cap for drip tape and punch a new hole.
Another plugin that comes in handy is the irrigation pipe cap plugin, which is installed at the end of the line.
