You need to step on it, there is absolutely no setup process or installation.

2. How do I turn my scale on?

Just step on it.

3. How do I turn my scale off?

It turns off automatically after weighing.

4. Is the scale using Wi-Fi?

No, it's using the cellular network. This way you don't have to enter a password, select a network or anything like that. You open the box, step on the scale and the results are availaBLE online immediately.

5. How does the weight data upload to the health monitoring platform?

After weight measurement, the data will be encrypted and transmitted to the cloud server for processing and then send to the RPM Health Platform directly with 4G cellular network.

6. How often should I use my scale？

We do recommend using it once a day always at the same time, right after you wake up for example.

7. How do I change from kg to lbs?

Press the UNIT button on the bottom of your scale.
