Crane Wheel

The crane trolley wheels are important components used for the traveling of the bridge crane or gantry crane and the running of the trolley.

The overhead crane wheel is made of ZG430-640 cast steel or the ZG-50SiMn low alley steel, hardening depth of the wheel tread part will not lower than 20mm.

Specification of gantry crane wheel

Regarding the ZG430-640 cast steel wheel, the hardness of the rolling surface is about 300-350HB, regarding ZG-50SiMn, it is about 420-480HB.

Mechanical property, accuracy and roughness of material accord with JB/T 6392-2008 rules
