Type of Fabric Duct Installation

The installation of Durkeesox air duct system is much easier than any conventional one, which consists of 2 styles:

1. Cable suspension system.

2. Aluminum track suspension system

Cable Suspension System

Air Duct Cable Suspension System

Cable suspension system is more popular due to convenient installation and low cost, which can be classified as follows:

By material: galvanized cable and stainless cable.

By weight-bearing capacity: ordinary cable and heavy-duty cable.

By rows of cables: single row, double rows, and multiple rows.

By suspension location: 12: 00(single row), 2: 00 &10: 00 or 3: 00 & 9: 00 (double rows).

Ellipse duct use multi-row suspension method with DurkeeSox exclusively-owned patented pulling cable technology, effectively reducing the height of the duct itself while ensuring visual pleasing.

Returnsox® uses a quadruple cable suspension system and Durkeesox exclusive & patented NIR supporting technology to maintain the flexible air duct in a rectangle shape and return air under negative pressure.

The installation of the internal retention ring system utilizes a cable suspension system with a single row or double row suspension like a normal series. Additional tension cables at the end of each straight section ensure fabric between rings is kept round and taut even when deflated.

Aluminum Track Suspension System

The materials required to install DurkeeSox system includes: textile duct, special fittings, components, and accessories, which are supplied by the manufacturer (shipped with the consignment, including installation manual and assembly drawing, etc.). Other installation accessories required on-site such as brackets, fastening bolts, and others shall be purchased by the contractor.
