Container Hotel – Lover's Hotel @ Beijing, ChinaGENERAL INFOMultiple modular prefabricated hotel buildings can be easily created by stacking and interlinking individual units together. Internal wall partition can be removed and changed as need.Prefabricated hotel is normally built on a land with temporary permit. Considering the possibility of moving after the effective period, container hotel minimized the cost of relocation.Container houses are used as hotel rooms in many national park or caravan camp. We developed screw pipe to replace normal concrete foundations. That made sure the land will be recovered 100% when the cabins are removed.

LAYOUTThis prefabricated hotel is located in a garden at south of Beijing, which combined by 94 container modules.

Building is assembled within 4 weeks. Internal staircase and corridor are also made of modular type.

FOUNDATIONThe rough foundation or individual footings must be leveled especially when the modules are joined.Individual foundation can be Precast- Concrete-Blocks or Screw Piles. Corner needs to be bolted down to foundation using hold-down bolts to avoid movement of building

HORIZONTAL JOINTINGWhen 2 modules joint together, there are 4 pairs of corners will be put next to each other. We use corner connection pieces to join from inside of container corners.

VERTICAL JOINTINGUse the same method to connect the top and the bottom modules

ROOMSMost of prefab hotel rooms are standard room with the size of 3m x 6m. Also, the Suit rooms consist of two numbers of a standard room with 3mx6m.

BATHROOMQuick assembly modular bathroom is used for quick construction with better waterproofing. FUUNZO has matured bathroom fitting supplier to work together on many projects.

RELOCATIONThe land is under temporary permit and needs to be updated every 5 years. Container type building makes it possible for relocation.
