It is mainly applied in the digital printing industry, UV printing industry and digital cutting industry for securely holding the substrate in place while performing printing or cutting.

We can help you design and manufacture the customized vacuum table according your specific requirements. No need to buy the new machine since we can help you make the cost reduction. Just tell us your existing machine frame and we will make the adjustments accordingly during the table production.

We can make the vacuum table with maximum length: 3800mm* maximum width 1800mm. And try to order the vacuum tables in Even Number if possible to avoid the table surface scratch.

Main Features:

1. Lightweight: We use the high strength super light aluminum honeycomb core inside; Average weight ranges from 25 to 35 kg per sqm;

2. Super Flatness and Rigidity: Planarity will be lower than 0.3mm. But it often can reach 0.1 mm in most cases. Deflection value will be lower than 0.1mm once gave 30kg pressure;

3. Customized Service: You can choose the dimension, suction hole diameter, hole distance and suction inlets quantity;

4. Surfaces treatment: PVDF/ Anodizing.

A: We can provide the vacuum table with the maximum dimension 3800*1800 mm. And basically there are 2 standard thickness products can be made, namely, 42.5 & 53.5 mm respectively.

A: Yes, we are manufacturer, welcome to our factory to have a field visit.

3. Q: What is MOQ of your product?
A: We accept the small order.
