Flat Die Pellet Mill for Making Organic Fertilizer KP-40

Flat die pellet mill is aiming at producing bio-organic fertilizer pellets. It is used for pelleting various of organic matter after fermentation. It can produce cylindrical granules directly without drying or crushing process which saves a lot of energy. Forming the granules at one time, no returning particles, high granulation ratios. Thus, it is an ideal equipment for modern organic fertilizer production line.

This pellet mill can produce chicken/cow manure pellets, poultry feed pellets, all kinds of organic fertilizer pellets. The raw materials contain chicken manure, cow manure, sheep dung manure and can mix with all kinds of powder materials.

Except for using in organic fertilizer production, the pellet machine has many applications. Typical application materials are activated carbon, carbon powder, coal, plant fiber, fermentation waste, biological fertilizer, additives, catalysts, pesticides, clay, lead oxide, zinc oxide and so on.
