30mm Expanded Grating

30mm Expanded Grating is another aluminum walkway grating, extruded and slotted with a thickness of 30mm, which possesses a high bearing capacity. After extrusion, profiles for expanded grating is formed, then HY expanded walkway is a practical and economical product, its knurled surface makes it anti slip and the sparking surface makes it beautiful which is loved by people. 30mm aluminum walkway grating is different from that of 13mm or 22mm expanded grating, it has serrated bars with legs every two diamond holes, which strengthen itself. 30mm expanded grating is always cut to pieces used as walkway stairs for grated platform or other areas, it's strong and elegant. There are two types with 250mm width or 500mm width. There are only one and a half holes every two legs for 250mm width expanded grating. 250mm width expanded grating is widely used for walking flooring and catwalk etc.

For installation, using disks is most recommended which is smart. You can also weld when used as metal stair treads.

It is usually used as walkway stairs, platform walkway, and widely applied to industrial areas as architectural expanded grating.
