1，CXK系列立式数控车铣中心是我公司研制开发的

公司独立。 Ť 他的新产品是多功能，高精度，高效率的复合引擎工具。Ť 他的机器在军工，航空航天，船舶，核电等，广泛应用于铁路等具有技术先进，产量效率，加工精度。

2.不仅CXK系列数控立式车铣中心

常规垂直CNC所具有的功能。除底面以外的过程可以通过一次性夹紧完成，例如车削，铣削，钻孔，攻丝等。采用双摆头铣刀可以进行多种复杂的曲面，如叶片等。我T具有x和z轴，C 3轴CNC进行联动。

3.主要部件和主传动采用热对称结构，热稳定性高。

4.工作台手柄采用高精度双列圆柱滚子

径向定心轴承，轴向采用宽球止推轴承。工作台具有精密分度和车削铣削进给功能。

5.光束具有分层定位功能。

6.冲头采用高精度滚珠丝杠传动，机器设置

带有12-20工具站的ATC。

7.使用Siemens 840DSL系统;

伺服电机和伺服驱动器均采用西门子产品。

8.所有铸件均由灰色HT300灰铸铁制成（滑枕由

经过人工热老化处理，高质量加工和改进组装工艺。液压部件，轴承，关键部件，液压部件均选自国际知名品牌厂商。

9.完整的配件配置只允许用户投入使用
