surface quality:
1 The surface of the titanium plate should be smooth with its metal colour. The plate was permited to sand blasting with surface before delivery.
2 The surface was allowed with light darkness and water print in part ;local defects ,scratch,indentation and scallops with thickness less than half of the thickness was allowed ,but the minimum thickness should be ensured.
3 There should not be macro defects such as crack,peeling, oxide skin,backfin,and mixture with metal and non-metal.also should not be alkali washed too much.
4The plate was allowed to clear away the local defects along the direction of rolling ,but the thickness after clearness should not less than the minimum thickness allowed.
5In addition, the plate should not be delamination.
