Description

JA205# foaming resin is a new organic polymer material, Commonly known as the black material and wh ite material, also known as PU material, foam material, combination of materials, black oil and but ter. An independent closed-cell structure of the polyurethane rigid foam will be appeared by mix the part A and Part B evenly at ratio of 1: 1 . because of its superior performance ,It is widely used in many fields .

Application

Mainly used for the Insulation material for : refrigerators, freezers, solar energy, high temperature chamber and other electrical companies, co ld storage, refrigerated trucks industry, construction, pipe insulation industry, telecommunications , shipbuilding, wood furniture, handicrafts, packaging and other fields. Products are also applicati ons involving light industry, chemical industry, electronics, textiles, medical, construction, build ing materials, automotive, defense, aerospace, aviation, etc., such as: fishing rod handles, drinking fountains coolers, automotive portable electronic refrigerator, mug, electricity water heaters, general equipment insulation sheet, and so on.

Operation instructions

1 Clean the mold surface and coated with a layer of release agent,

2 Mix the part A and Part B at ratio 1: 1 (black material: white material = 1: 1 ) For hard spots, add more black material) Then mixing evenly, poured into the mold.

3.1-2 minutes to start foaming reaction can be stripping out 5-6 minutes (60 ℃) after.

Warm tips :

1 It is forbidden to pour back the material into the Original packages even it is unused ;

2 construction to be dry and well ventilated space, Far away from the fire source;

3 stored in a cool dry place,Far away from light , and close the packages well .

4 Don't contact with skin or eyes , Otherwise clean the skin with scrub, and wash with plen ty of water and go to hospital in necessary
