Wire Injection machine meant for inject cored wire into molten metal in ladle during the non-furnace treatment of steel, cast steel, cast-iron modification, spheroidzaton, desulphurization, introduction of alloying elements and modifying inclusions for Steel Industries. The equipment was designed for the needs of Large to small metallurgical plants. Controlling the shape of inclusions, Improve fluidity and castability, Improve the cleanness and cold ductility for wire drawing, Control blowholes and improve machinability. Desulphurisation in steel casting. Cored & solid wire of size 6mm to 16 mm in dia. Injection speed 30 - 300 M/min adjustable by variable D.C Drive.Velocity control: -1 mtr. /min step, Can be used to feed wires simultaneously or sequentially at set speed. Fully automatic with PLC Control.,No. of pinch Rolls:- 3 Nos. per strand.
