After the specimen nucleic acid is purified, one-step RT-PCR is performed for rapid HIV-1 RNA quantitative testing. In addition, Daan's HIV PCR test kit also contains internal control materials to monitor the entire process of nucleic acid extraction and reduce the occurrence of false negative results.
