Power converter for single-phase to three-phase conversion

In industrial production, when faced with problems such as three-phase power limitation or equipment voltage mismatch, the BZT series power converter becomes the key to the solution. Adopting AC-DC-AC circuit structure and SVPWM air-conditioning vector algorithm modulation control technology, the converter is able to convert ordinary single-phase power supply into industrial stable pure sine wave three-phase power supply, realize the conversion from two-phase power to three-phase power or three-phase voltage as well as the conversion of frequency.

Multiple input modes: applicable to ordinary utility power input, two-phase power input or three-phase power input, solving the problems of no three-phase power supply or equipment voltage mismatch, reducing red tape and various costs.
Dual-mode startup selection: two ways of buck startup and frequency conversion startup can be set through LCD to improve converter power utilization and avoid expanding converter capacity to meet the demand of bringing motor and inductive loads to save cost.
Pure and stable power: with the function of filtering utility disturbances and interferences, it provides a stable and pure power supply environment for the back-end equipment and improves the performance and reliability of the equipment.
High-performance protection: Mitsubishi's sixth-generation IPM intelligent module with short-circuit, overload, over-temperature protection and other powerful protection functions to ensure safe and reliable use, service life of more than 15 years.
Efficient and stable output: output pure sine wave, with good transient response, waveform distortion, high conversion efficiency, stable output voltage and other characteristics, to meet the needs of various types of AC loads.
High reliability and stability: adopting industrial frequency isolation transformer, high conversion efficiency, strong stability, with high reliability and anti-vibration, no noise and pollution.
High efficiency conversion: adopting SVPWM space vector algorithm, the conversion efficiency can reach over 94%, with small no-load loss, providing high conversion efficiency and instantaneous power output.
Optional function: DC input is optional, applicable to supplement with DC power when the input power is insufficient.
Customized design: Input voltage, output voltage and frequency can be customized according to customer requirements to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
