Die casting products commonly used materials are zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, mold materials generally use H13 or SKD61 and so on. If customers need us to produce parts, our company will provide customers with CNC or ultrasonic removal the part nozzle, rotary hole, tapping and so on.

Features of die casting mould

Our company has designed and manufactured dozens of sets of automobile rear-view mirror molds for Kaiming hall in Murakami, Japan. The products are basically used in Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. In addition, we have also produced dozens of sets of lamp molds for Haila, including headlamp mask, headlight guide strip, headlight reflector, etc.
