Rubber materials used for shock absorption are generally divided into 5 kinds, namely NR, SBR and BR as ordinary rubber materials. NBR is used for oil resistant vulcanizate; CR for weather resistant rubber; IIR is used for high damping vulcanized rubber; EPR is used for heat-resistant vulcanized rubber. NR, though less dissipation factor, its comprehensive performance is best, excellent flexibility, good fatigue resistance, heat production is low, and the good bonding performance of the metal, cold resistance, electrical insulation and processing performance, thus NR is widely used as shock, resistance to low temperature or weather resistance, but with BR or CR and blending modification.
