MOQ

• 1 pcs for sampe, buyer need pay it in advance, the amount will be deducted from next order
• 50 pcs after sample order, support mixed batch.

Warranty

1. CCTV Camera: Two years, products with your own logo or without logo

2. DVR, NVR, Speed Dome Camera: One year, products with your own logo or without logo

Conditions and Terms

• The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;
• During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free;
• The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.
• A RMA form will be asked to fill in.

Payment Terms

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

• Usually we accept 100% T/T in advance;
• Subjected the order amount, we can accept 30% deposit T/T in advance + 70% balance T/T before the shipment.

2. Paypal

• 4.5%-4% commission charges will be added into the amount.

3. Western Union

• Please offer us MTCN and the sender name after you make the payment.

4. Letter of Credit(L/C)

• L/C is available for the sea transit only. We don't accept L/C for the air transit.
• On condition that order amount reaches some one then we will accept L/C;
• We accept L/C at sight only;

Lead Time

• Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 days.
• General orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 - 10 days.
• Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 5 -15 days at most.

ODM/ OEM Services

1. Logo

• Please offer us your own high resolution logo in JPG format;
• There should be two colors at most in the logo;
• There should be no gradient effect in the logo

2. Label

• Please offer us your own model numbers and relative requirements.

3. Manual

• Please offer us the finished manual file that can be printed directly.

4. Packing Box

• We will offer you the demension and the design file;
• Please design your own style based on this file then send it back to us;
• We will print some samples for your checking;

5. Housing

• Please offer us the housing design file then we will offer you a sample for your checking;
