Surface treatment:

Steel blasting quality to reach the Sa2.5 level or grinding wheel grinding rust to grade ST3: Shop primer which is coated by the primer should be two times of rust, oil removal, to make the coated surface solid and clean, no dust and other dirt, no acid, alkali or moisture condensation.

Auxiliary paint

Zinc rich primer, epoxy primer, polyurethane primer, fluorocarbon primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint, epoxy paint, fluorocarbon paint.

Construction condition:

Base temperature is not less than 5 degrees Celsius, and at least above the air dew point temperature 3 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity of 85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the base material), fog, rain, snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited construction.

Construction method:

Spraying: non air spraying or air spraying. High pressure non gas spraying.

Brush / roll coating: must achieve the specified dry film thickness.
